Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at OWT(One World Technologies) believe in helping all clients the best we can and our cancellation & refund policy reflects the same trend. In case any clients are dissatisfied with our services, they have a provision to cancel their projects and request a refund from us subject to certain conditions as stated under Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Domain names registered with clients’ approval can’t be canceled, they will be clients’ property and we can’t provide a refund for that.
• Hosting purchased with clients’ approval cannot be canceled since it is procured from third party hosts.
• Any Project can only be canceled in case where it is proven that OWT has delayed project delivery to an extent that clearly shows neglect of project or OWT has not met project specifications as mentioned in the specification document approved by the client.
• Project delay or wrong implementation of the project that is caused by poor communication or wrong delivery of specifications from clients’ end will not entitle clients to a refund or project cancellation.

Refund Policy

• We provide refunds to clients within 30 days of the cancellation of the projects which we approve for cancellation after mutual discussion with the client.
• All payments made by debit / credit cards will be refunded to the same account unless there is an issue in crediting payments to these accounts, in which case we shall request the client for another account number to issue a refund.
