Q. What is your post-delivery support policy ?

Once a project is finally delivered it does not require to be supported as we do thorough bug testing. Still, should there be any bugs, operational or otherwise, that may have escaped testing, you may report those no longer than six months from the date of deployment of the project on your server. Corrections will be made without charge.

However, we shall require logs from your host that neither the files nor the database has been tampered with from your end at any time, in which case we shall not be liable to undertake any errors free of cost.

We shall of course be available to correct any errors due to hosting issues or otherwise in the site for nominal charges, as per the issue.
