If you have paid a retainer and you decide to cancel your project with us, you may convey so to us via email within seven days from the day your bank initiated payment. You will be entitled to full refund minus the bank service charges we shall incur in reverting the payment.

In case your project has commenced and you decide to cancel within less than a month of commencement, we shall refund your retainer amount after deducting the price of work hours invested on your project till then and the bank service charges we shall incur in reverting the payment.

No refund shall be issued for cancellations after one month of project commencement.
